My name is Angie Barker Murphy.  I bring over 30 years of experience in the dental, medical and surgical fields, serving in both clinical and leadership roles.  My career has been defined by a deep commitment to compliance, quality of care, and the development of processes - always with a focus on creating the safest possible experience for patients.  

 

For more than 20 years, I successfully maintained AAAHC accreditation for a multi-state oral and facial surgery practice, ensuring continuous compliance and excellence in patient care.  In 2016, I founded Murphy Healthcare Consultants to expand that expertise, partnering with surgical practices nationwide to successfully guide them through the rigorous process of achieving national healthcare accreditation.  

 

I am passionate about training, supporting staff, and building environments where learning, patient safety, and excellence go hand in hand.

 

I specialize in partnering with healthcare organizations to build safe, compliant, and patient-centered environments.  My work is driven by a commitment to strengthening quality of care and supporting teams in meeting the highest standards of excellence.  I help teams understand the “why” behind each requirement and help implement practical solutions that fit the daily workflow of your practice.
